Some 14 volunteers helped Wanda Brooks and Kay Rager assemble and distribute school supply kits to 164 students of West Lanham Hills families. This is a yearly program of the West Lanham Hills Citizens' Association.
Also on hand was Mr. Abel Olivo who is running for the Prince George's County School Board. He spoke with volunteers and with the families picking up their supplies.
Congratulations to all those who participated. We expect great things from our West Lanham Hills students in the coming year!
