Important Announcement from the PG County Police:

Prince George’s County 9-1-1 is reporting a regional Verizon issue causing a disruption of 9-1-1 services to residents. In case of an emergency, Verizon Wireless customers in Prince George’s County who are experiencing difficulties reaching 9-1-1, may call 301-352-1215 or use Text to 9-1-1. Currently, only Verizon customers are affected by the service interruption. Prince George’s County 9-1-1 is working with regional 9-1-1 centers and Verizon to diagnose the issue and will provide an update once services have been restored.
