Purple Line Update

Purple Line update:

It was announced that Emerson Place was going to be closed on or around October 4.

A recent update was sent out today for the construction updates: The closure has been postponed.

"On or about October 25, 2024, crews will close Emerson Place at Ellin Road for approximately one month. This closure is in place to install tracks and complete roadway reconstruction. Once the track installation is complete, Ellin Road will open from Emerson Place to Hanson Oaks Drive. This configuration will allow two-way traffic between Emerson Place and Veterans Parkway. Please follow all on-site signage. Work may occur from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekdays and weekends, as needed."
