In a recent news broadcast in Panola County, Texas, one of our neighbor’s son was featured. It was Phillip “PJ” Yeldell, son of Lucinda Toliver.
PJ has been working for FEMA as a Reservist for 2 years and this was his first deployment. In the video, FEMA has opened a disaster recovery center.
